    I am trying to make better use of the calender in Moodle course. How does the “global, group, course & user” differ on the calender. I went to enter something on in my Bio 30 calender and there was a bunch of Chem 30 entries I had never put there?? Can you help with some instruction?

      Hi Jayni,

      In your calendar there are personal events, group events, and course events. Personal events are unique to you. Course events on the other hand show up in the calendars of all members of the course (I’m guessing that the Chem 30 entries are course events and that you belong to Chem 30). Group events work the same way. If you set up a sub group within your course and add a group event, then the event only shows up in the group member’s calendar.
